Airrosti has openings in Ohio, Texas, Virginia, and Washington.
The Therapeutic Exercise Instructor, known internally at Airrosti as a Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS), will work as a team with an Airrosti Certified Provider (licensed Chiropractor or Physical Therapist) to give patients the best one-on-one musculoskeletal care on the planet. The CRS is responsible for the following:
- Patient education, instruction, and set up of all prescribed therapeutic exercise protocols (self-myofascial release, mobility, strengthening), including modifications and/or progressions based on the patient’s abilities
- Scheduling follow-up visits based on the prescription from the Airrosti Certified Provider
- Practice growth and development initiatives, various practice management tasks, and overall support responsibilities for their designated clinic
- Regional growth and coverage needs and other company initiatives as determined by direct supervisor

A relevant bachelor’s degree and/or previous work experience as a Physiotherapy Technician, Rehab Technician, Chiropractic Assistant, Athletic Trainer, Personal Trainer, etc., are not required but are relevant for this position. Candidates must be comfortable and capable of working in a one-on-one, hands-on, active rehab environment.
We hire and train the best of the best! CRSs receive four weeks of in-depth, paid training, at the Airrosti Support Center (ASC) in San Antonio, TX, before joining an Airrosti practice in Ohio, Texas, Virginia, or Washington. This unique position offers training in rehabilitation exercises for musculoskeletal injuries/conditions and business development, allowing CRSs to work hands-on with patients and participate in healthcare-related community events. This position has upward mobility within other departments throughout the company.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $20.00 - $22.00 per hour (depending on experience)
