TD Athletes Edge (TDAE) is a cutting-edge Strength & Conditioning facility focused on performance-based training and recovery for athletes of all levels. We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and coachable Strength and Conditioning Coach to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a positive, supportive environment and is committed to fostering the growth and success of our members.
Responsibilities:
Train clients of all ages and fitness levels in a 1:4 coach-to-client setting
Develop individualized training programs tailored to clients’ goals and needs
Coach clients on proper exercise techniques to ensure safe, effective workouts
Continuously monitor client progress and adjust training plans as needed to ensure ongoing improvement
Collaborate with Physical Therapists and Fitness Coaches to optimize client outcomes
Create a positive, motivating environment that encourages personal growth and achievement
Additional responsibilities may include special projects and supporting apprenticeship program, junior staff
