We specialize in small group training classes that focus on teaching athletes HOW to actually move in a way that will improve their efficiency and efficacy as it pertains to increasing sprint speed, stopping and cutting quicker, increasing their vertical jump, developing explosive power, as well as teach proper weight training techniques.
We set up for you small-group classes that max out at 6 athletes per class who are grouped by age. We will also first train you with our speed/agility methodology before you then deliver classes to the athletes. An ideal candidate for us has a Bachelor's in Exercise Science (or equivalent) and some experience with Personal Training.
