Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Group Fitness Classes: Instruct and motivate members through dynamic and effective group workouts that cater to various fitness levels.
- Personal Training: Develop personalized training plans for clients based on their fitness goals, needs, and abilities. Offer one-on-one coaching to help clients achieve their desired results.
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, providing support, motivation, and guidance to help them stay committed to their fitness journey.
- Program Development: Collaborate with the team to design and implement innovative fitness programs and classes that enhance the overall member experience.
- Facility Upkeep: Ensure the fitness studio is clean, safe, and well-maintained. Report any equipment issues promptly.
- Professional Growth: Stay updated with the latest fitness trends, techniques, and certifications. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
