What You’ll Do
β
Lead High-Quality Semi-Private Training Sessions (4-6 clients per session).
β
Coach, correct, and connect—ensuring every client gets personalized attention.
β
Adapt and modify exercises based on individual needs while following structured programming.
β
Foster a positive, supportive training environment that keeps clients engaged and accountable.
β
Be a team player—collaborate, share insights, and contribute to our gym’s success.

Coach with confidence— you’ll even coach our team during the hiring process to show us your presence & adaptability.

Requirements
β Nationally Recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, etc.) OR Exercise Science Degree or related degree
β 1-2 years of coaching experience in semi-private, small-group, or personal training (Preferred not required)
β Strong coaching presence with the ability to engage, educate, and inspire clients
β Availability for early mornings, evenings, and some weekends
β A deep understanding of strength training principles and progressive overload
Bonus Points If You Have:
β Experience in functional strength training, mobility, or corrective exercise
β Certifications in nutrition, behavior change, or recovery
β Familiarity with gym management software or training apps
