The instructor role is to instruct the best in Pilates’ practices. This position supports our clients’ health journey through Pilates. The instructor leverages their deep industry knowledge to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals while ensuring a safe and effective workout environment. The Instructor supports client growth, while fostering a collaborative relationship with the Founder, Kim Grady.

The Instructor’s responsibilities are to maintain a clean and organized studio, stay updated with the latest Pilates trends and techniques, and participate in ongoing professional development. Essential Job Functions and Key Responsibilities:
Facilitates the upkeep and maintains safety practices for the studio.
Lead group Pilates classes for various fitness levels.
Open to providing one-on-one Pilates instructions and personalized workout plans.
Assess clients’ physical conditions and fitness goals.
Track clients’ progress and adjust workout plans as necessary.
Stay updated with the latest Pilates trends and techniques.
Participate in ongoing professional development.
Supports communication by sharing all findings and pending issues with the Founder and Studio Manager.
Supports all maintenance and cleaning of all studio equipment.
Assist with studio events and workshops.
Promote a positive and inclusive studio environment.
Knowledgeable of all services provided by Pilates on 10th.
Pilates on 10th Operations:
Works collaboratively with Kim and the Studio Manager to maintain systems for administrative excellence, maintaining client records, and ensuring instructors are equipped to provide clients with the best Pilates practices.
Communicate any operational issues or changes with Studio Manager and Kim.
Maintains reliability and calm during extreme demand or crises to effectively problem solve with Studio Manager and Founder.

Helps maintain instructors and client files + their content.
Report all HR, Safety + Security issues regarding team members or clients to Kim.

Employers pay 50% of premium health payments if they work an average of 30 hours per week. (available after 6 months of employment)
