Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for helping others improve their lives through health and fitness. This is a position to help grow our Personal Training program by working in a fun, creative and very upbeat atmosphere where every day is different. We have an existing and growing list of clientele ready for a new trainer.

Every client that joins our facility for group fitness classes gets an initial fitness consultation which we call a skill assessment. This will help to establish a 1-1 rapport with the member, and set up the path for PT.

BONUS if the trainer can also take on group fitness class coaching as well. We do have classes available for coverage for guaranteed pay per class.

We pay out 44% of all revenue to our trainers and coaches.
