beSTRONG Training is looking for a new coach to join our Squamish gym. Starting as a part time coach with the ability to grow and expand to a full-time coaching position.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized training sessions and online programming for 1-1 and small group training.
- Monitor and attend open gym sessions.
- Deliver expert coaching, focusing on functional movements, strength training, and overall wellness.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive community environment for clients.
- Collaborate with other coaches and practitioners to ensure holistic client care.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in health and wellness.
Qualifications
- Relevant certification in personal training or a related field.
- Proven experience in coaching and working with women in the target audience which includes pre/postnatal and peri-menopause/ menopause.
- Strong knowledge of functional movements, strength training, and exercise programming.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for empowering women and helping them achieve their health and wellness goals.
