Metrics:
Client retention rate of 90%
Revenue through client renewals and $400 in over the counter sales
Creating a “wow” experience and 2 client testimonials a month
Client accountability through 6 health assessments and 6 fitness assessments per month
Responsibilities
Greet all clients by name, including those you do not consistently train.
Follow and implement Recoup program design
Promote and sell only Recoup services in studio, assist in membership growth and retention
Conduct goal-oriented assessments throughout client journey
Be able to instruct 5-6 people at the same time
Be able to provide proper coaching, instruction, and motivation during client training sessions.
Be able to provide appropriate exercises and modifications for a client’s goals and injuries.
Light paperwork and desk responsibilities
Set up, break down, clean and store away equipment around studio floor before and/ or after session

Credentials for this position include:
Nationally accredited current fitness certification - certifications: NSA, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, NASM, AFAA
Must hold and maintain a current CPR/First Aid/AED certification
1 year of personal training experience preferred
What You’ll Get
This position is a part time position. Additional perks include:
Benefits Include:
Accrual of PTO after 90 days of employment.
Part time employees accrue 12.5 hours after the first 90 days of employment and an additional 12.5 after 6 months of employment.
Paid Sick Leave per statutory accrual method. You are provided with one hour of paid sick leave for each 30 hours worked on an accrual basis beginning on the first day of employment. For example, an employee working 40 hours per week would accrue 1.33 hours of paid sick leave each week.
Access to the Recoup studio for personal workouts when clocked out either on a lunch break, or before or after shift.
Partial cell phone payment of $10 per month
Company apparel - 5 pieces of Recoup clothing will be provided on the first day of employment
$100 a month fuel allowance after 90 days of employment
