Burn Boot Camp trainers represent the top 1% of trainers in the country. Trainers must be a natural extension of the Burn Boot Camp brand and spread our mission through our five pillars: Challenging Workouts, Focused Mindset, Nutrition Education, Goal Setting and Empowering Community. A successful Head Trainer thrives in a small business, fast-paced environment, is adaptable to change, and effectively leads and influences other team members. The Head Trainer reports directly to the Master Trainer and is a critical piece of the Gym Management Team (GMT).
