OVERVIEW: Burn Boot Camp is a trendsetting boutique fitness organization with over 370 studios throughout the United States. The demand for training at our studios is fierce and we are actively searching for an inspiring Lead Trainer to join our Sussex team.
FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE AVAILABLE: Ideally, we're searching for a Head Trainer for our team. We will also accept Part-Time applications for our team for available openings on our schedule.
HIGHLIGHTS OF THE LEAD TRAINER POSITION: The Lead Trainer will have the opportunity to influence others with your knowledge and passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle. In this role, you will be leading a small team of support trainers and providing unmatched workouts for our clients, while fostering community and achieving client’s goals.
You will be responsible for supporting growth of the membership base and utilizing the promotion of additional revenue streams and system wide challenges to diversify revenue. The Lead Trainer leads with appreciation, passion, excitement and is the driving force in providing a positive community for change. The lead trainer focuses on lifestyle, including mindset, nutrition, strength and burst training (HIIT), and an environment of support to exceed our client’s expectations.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Train approximately 20 camps per week, adhering to the Protocol provided by Burn Boot Camp HQ - NO PROGRAMMING REQUIRED! We do the heavy lifting for you.
· Lead team of support trainers focused on member experience, protocol execution, and location growth
· Assist Franchise Partners with interviewing, training and leadership of the support training team in all aspects of the position to include Standard Operating Procedures and Focus Meeting Training
· Social Media - work with social media coordinator to develop monthly calendar to include a weekly focus; interact on Member Page and external post to include but not limited to taking pictures with clients to celebrate first camp, PR’s, progression in focus meetings, etc, showcase new BBC gear and nutrition products
· Work with training team to select a client of the month and 1 transformation story per month
· Conduct feedback loop with trainers at every opportunity possible
· Blue Carpet Experience checklist every trainer once a month
· Attend community and philanthropic events
· Responsible for closing 50% of trials (as a team) and working with Burn Ambassadors to maximize the client experience
· Work with the Leadership Team to develop monthly nutrition goals as well as sales strategies to help meet those goals
· Report facility needs to the Franchise Partner, i.e damaged equipment, holes in walls, etc.
· Hold weekly trainer meetings with the training team to continue to perfect the training product, discuss goals for the month, develop a social media focus and any other pertinent topics that need to be addressed
· Identify monthly Focus Meeting Goals per trainer per month and hold the team accountable to this goal
· Attend weekly leadership calls to discuss goals, events, issues in the gym and any other topics open to discussion
· Manage the trainer schedule (ensure Mindbody is updated with correct schedule)
· Develop weekly cool down scripts for the training team
· Attend Summit annually and share any/all new information with the training team
