Trainer role is primarily responsible for leading and executing high intensity, effective, safe, and fun group exercise classes based in boxing, kickboxing, and functional strength training. The Trainer must bring his/her ‘A game’ every single class, and ensure the members experience an immersive workout which takes their fitness to a higher level. Trainers command the room with poise and confidence, and use member’s names frequently and corrects form as needed. Positive reinforcement is shared with abundance and members’ feel appreciated during and after each class. The Trainer will demonstrate strong customer service orientation, outstanding exercise technique, consultative selling skills, a commitment to continuous improvement, and a passion for the fitness industry and RockBox’ unique approach to exercise. The role is responsible for working with the General Manager to meet or exceed all member acquisition and retention goals for the assigned studio and is an ambassador for RockBox
