Develop safe and effective training programs tailored
to each client’s goals, fitness level, and preferences.

Perform body composition and blood pressure
screenings
·
Provide one-on-one training sessions, ensuring
proper form, technique, and safety
·
Monitor and track client progress, adjusting
programs as needed to ensure continued improvement
·
Maintain working knowledge of current trends in
health and fitness
·
Understanding and knowledge of corporate fitness
programs
·
Gym tours/ equipment and exercise demonstrations
·
Event support and appearances
·
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
NASM, ACSM, NSCA, ACE certification required
Heart Saver/CPR/First Aid
3+ years personal training experience
2-5 years group training
experience preferred
B.S. Degree in Kinesiology
preferred
Salary and Benefits:
Salary potential between: $40,000 - $140,000 with accrued Sick Pay in
agreement with California State requirements

after 12 months of continuous employment:

Schedule:
Flexibility to create your own schedule, with the
expectation to build a client base and train for at least 15 hours per week.">
