It Figures Philly is a women-only fitness studio that specializes in strength training, indoor cycling, and conditioning classes for women ages 35 to 55. We create a supportive and empowering environment where women feel confident, motivated, and strong.

We are looking for a certified fitness professional who can coach group fitness classes, provide modifications for all levels, and help create an amazing client experience. This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, takes pride in their coaching, and wants to be part of a team that is growing fast.

As an instructor, you will lead classes, engage with members before and after each workout, and help create a community-focused atmosphere. You will also play a role in client retention through communication, check ins, and simple social media engagement.

Responsibilities

Coaching and Class Leadership

• Teach high-quality group fitness classes in strength, circuit training, cycling or hybrid formats

• Provide clear cues, form corrections, and safe movement progressions

• Offer modifications and variations for all fitness levels

• Arrive early to set up the studio and greet clients

Client Experience

• Build relationships with clients and support their goals

• Send short check ins or encouragement messages through our studio app

• Celebrate milestones and help clients feel seen and supported

• Set the tone for a welcoming and judgment-free environment

Studio Operations

• Follow the class checklist

• Keep the studio neat and organized

• Communicate with the owner about client feedback or needs

Team and Growth

• Participate in trainings and team meetings

• Create simple social media content that promotes classes and community

• Support studio challenges, events, and promotions
