We are seeking a Chiropractic Rehab and Modality Specialist to join our dynamic healthcare team and provide exceptional care to our patients. As a Chiropractic Rehab and Modality Specialist, you will play a crucial role in offering cutting-edge treatments such as Class IV Laser Therapy and Muscle Strengthening Rehab (similar to a blend between personal training and Physical Therapy).

Position: Chiropractic Rehab and Modality Specialist

Job Summary: As a Chiropractic Rehab and Modality Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing various modalities to complement traditional chiropractic care. Your expertise in Electrical Muscle Stimulation, Class IV Laser Therapy, and Muscle Strengthening Rehab will be essential in promoting optimal healing and pain relief for our patients. Your passion for staying on top of the latest advancements in chiropractic care and rehabilitation will be highly valued in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) to relieve muscle pain, reduce inflammation, and improve circulation.
  • Perform Class IV Laser Therapy to accelerate tissue healing and alleviate pain.
  • Design and implement specialized Muscle Strengthening Rehab (Physical Therapy) programs tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Collaborate with Chiropractic Physicians and Licensed Massage Therapists to develop comprehensive patient care strategies.
  • Monitor and track patient progress throughout the treatment process.
  • Educate patients on proper at-home exercises and self-care techniques to enhance treatment outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with healthcare regulations.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements and research in chiropractic modalities and rehab techniques.
  • Perform various office tasks during down time (such as various paperwork, authorizations and miscellaneous office tasks).
  • Perform intake and vitals for all exam patients.
  • Update patient databases, including contact details, billing information, and demographics.
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing treatment rooms, lobby, rehab and therapy areas.
  • Aid our Patient Care Coordinator in scheduling patients and taking various patient phone calls.
  • Prepare medical records.

**When services such as rehab and modalities are not being done, assisting in clerical duties, helping room patients for the doctors, and taking vitals will be among other regular tasks**

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Kinesiology or related field OR experience in personal training. **helpful but not necessary
  • Valid Chiropractic Assistant Certification (if you do not already have this certification, we will aid you in obtaining)
  • Strong health conscious background.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and the healthcare team.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented and organized approach to patient care and record-keeping.
