All Anytime Fitnesses are franchised by small business owners. Our franchise group has grown over the last 12 years through major adversity to 9 locations across 3 states. Our team is known for being in the top 1% of Anytime Fitness clubs.
Key roles of this position:
This individual will be responsible for supporting multiple clubs through sales, onboarding new team members, membership & training support, program management, and ensuring quality at the clubs. This individual will work closely with multiple club team members on a daily basis. To be successful this individual must have:
  • A passion for sales and health and wellness
  • High levels of ambition, accountability, and compassion
  • A strong work ethic, honesty, discipline and integrity.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of fitness experience
  • 2 years of customer service and sales experience
  • A team player mentality
  • Possess proven leadership skills
  • Strong sales and customer service skills
  • Must be goal-oriented and have a passion for helping individuals achieve their personal goals
  • Must be friendly, outgoing and a people-person
