Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach small group training sessions (3-6 clients per session).
- Develop individualized workout programs tailored to clients' fitness goals.
- Maintain a positive and motivating environment for clients.
- Build and retain a loyal client base through exceptional customer service and training expertise.
- Effectively brand and create engaging content, including videos, to connect with and grow a targeted fitness audience across various social media platforms.
- Work collaboratively with the Finesse Fitness team to ensure client satisfaction and growth.
