Never Quit Athletics (NQA) is seeking driven, self-motivated Independent Contractor Personal Trainers to join our team across three NQA training locations in the St. Louis area. Trainers will have access to all facilities and the option to expand their reach through online coaching within the NQA network.
This position is ideal for fitness professionals who want the freedom to run their own business while leveraging the strength of an established brand and facility network. Trainers set their own rates, manage their own schedules, and retain their own clients while benefiting from NQA’s community, marketing presence, and high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver customized fitness programs tailored to client goals.

Conduct one-on-one or small-group training sessions in NQA facilities or online.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Manage client scheduling and progress tracking independently.

Uphold the NQA brand’s commitment to professionalism, motivation, and excellence.

Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the facility.

Represent NQA’s values of discipline, perseverance, and growth in all interactions.
Compensation & Structure

Trainers set their own prices for sessions and programs.

Trainers retain 60% of revenue earned (covers insurance and facility rental fees).
