As the leader of in home personal training, we’re redefining physical fitness by bringing the workout to you, when and where it’s convenient for you. Professional and certified trainers bring the instruction, the equipment and they ensure every workout is customized for you depending on your fitness level and specific goals.
The GYMGUYZ team is known for creating convenient, customized, and creative workouts for each individual client. By incorporating our philosophy of these three C’s into every fitness activity plan, we are able to bring our personal training services to people at any fitness level.
Our certified Personal Trainers are experts in using GYMGUYZ methodologies, and they employ various techniques and tools to ensure that no two workouts are ever the same. We make sure that workouts are always fun and challenging.
WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT?
We provide individuals with the most convenient way to get fit. We bring the workout, including certified personal trainers and equipment, to you. We work with you no matter what your fitness levels, regardless of ability, age, or experience. GYMGUYZ personal trainers work with each client to establish fitness goals and create a plan to reach those goals.
GYMGUYZ has no contracts or monthly fees. The first session is ALWAYS FREE. We do offer discounts on the pre-purchase of 12, 24, 48 or 96 workout sessions. To reach specific personal goals you may decide to schedule workouts multiple times per week.
GETTING STARTED WITH GYMGUYZ
The first session is a complimentary assessment designed to help establish fitness goals and develop a fitness program specific for you.
The assessment includes:
Nutrition assessment
Fitness assessment
Body assessment
We reassess all of our clients every 4-6 weeks in order to track progress and ensure we are working toward and exceeding their goals.
