Position: Remote GSA & Commercial Sales Representative Location: Fully Remote (US-based, with occasional travel)
We're seeking a driven sales powerhouse to accelerate our sales in government/military, commercial gyms, corporate wellness, multi-unit housing, and hospitality sectors. This isn't just a job; it's an opportunity to shape the future of fitness solutions on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage your existing government, military, commercial gym, corporate, and multi-housing relationships to boost sales of IRON COMPANY's premium gym equipment and flooring via GSA contracts and open-market channels.
- Identify and cultivate new key accounts in GSA, commercial, and multi-unit housing to drive year-over-year sales growth.
- Champion IRON COMPANY's brand in the US government/military, commercial gyms, corporate facilities, multi-unit housing, and hotels – both domestically and internationally.
- Generate timely quotes for gym equipment, flooring, installation, and maintenance services using our custom Salesforce CRM.
- Travel as needed to military bases, government sites, commercial clients, and US tradeshows to close deals and build connections. (limited travel)
Ideal Candidate Profile:
We're looking for top-tier talent with:
- Military Experience: U.S. military service is a plus but not mandatory, particularly if you have recent experience and connections to government procurement networks.
- Network Access: Current connections to government buyers, club owners, school coaches, property managers, and procurement decision-makers (a big plus).
- Industry Savvy: Proven track record in brand-building within the fitness sector, plus hands-on experience in gym equipment and flooring sales (no exceptions).
- Shipping Expertise: Deep knowledge of parcel shipping (e.g., UPS ground) and LTL freight for gym equipment and flooring (essential – no exceptions).
- Personal Drive: A fitness enthusiast who's financially motivated, self-sufficient, and passionate about representing high-quality products. You must excel in Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, and come equipped with your own setup (newer computer, printer, fax, quiet workspace).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, organization, and leadership abilities; a natural team player with high standards and a rock-solid work ethic.
