Trainer Role: To engage, interact, motivate, and have a strong passion in helping others achieve their physical health goals.
Trainer Description: Trainers will manage client scheduling and bring new members to the Saddleback Strength and Conditioning community.
Trainer Requirements: Must be extremely knowledgeable in performance training, weightlifting, corrective exercise instruction, personal trainer certification a plus, CES is recommended, must be able to create safe training techniques while utilizing the tools provided, must have a solid community upon hire, must be dedicated to the vision and help whenever needed, open availability is also a must!
