JOB DESCRIPTION

Role and Responsibilities

• To deliver safe and effective personal training via electro muscle stimulation (EMS) technology
• Conduct I-Motion EMS training sessions
• Tailor training session to each client based on goals and intake form
• Conduct training safely and abide by the company policies and procedures
• Single session and group of two personal EMS training
• Provide top notch custom service during and after the session
• Operate under the company training guidelines and customer service protocols
• Brand steward of EMS Enhanced
• Keep the training facility clean at all times
• Properly prepare for training session and ensure equipment is working properly
• Promote a fun and encouraging environment

Additional Notes

This position reports to Natalie Hussion, EMS Enhanced CEO & Founder. There will be a six month and annual review to verify both the company and the trainer are meeting goals and expectations. The trainer will be an independent contract and will provide EMS Enhanced a W-9 and minimum of a two-year commitment via the EMS Enhanced Independent Contractor Agreement.
