At Evolve Kickbox & Fitness, we specialize in working with men and women who are looking to improve their fitness levels, achieve incredible transformations, and live their healthiest lives. Our mission is to inspire, support, and motivate our members to reach their full potential.
As a Dynamic Fitness Coach, you will have the privilege of:
- Leading high-energy group fitness classes in both boot camp style and cardio kickboxing, that push our members to new levels of strength, endurance, and confidence.
- Building genuine relationships with our members, providing personalized attention, and guiding them on their fitness journey.
- Promoting a supportive and inclusive studio environment where members feel motivated, inspired, and part of a fitness community.
- Leveraging your passion for outdoor activities, such as running and hiking, to enhance our members' overall fitness experience.
- Actively participating in promoting the gym and your classes on social media platforms, helping to grow our community and attract new members.
Position Details:
- Part-time position: Mondays (mid-day), Thursdays (mornings), Fridays (evenings), and Saturdays (mornings).
- Competitive hourly pay: Certified Coaches starting at $17-20/hour, Non-certified starting at $15/hour.
