Responsibilities:
- Provide a FANTASTIC member experience that is educational, supportive, and upholds the integrity of the Anytime Fitness brand.
- Develop safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs that drive goal achievement and retention.
- Monitor and instruct clients during personal training sessions on the safe and effective use of cardiovascular, flexibility, and strength training equipment.
- Engage in all required training associated with the role, including reading and watching educational materials.
- Conduct fitness consultations for new clients, including pre-participation screening, medical history, lifestyle questionnaire, and goal setting to assess and recommend personal training programs.
- Provide fitness floor assistance to all members to ensure safety, education, and motivation.
- Fulfill member service requirements such as fitness assessments, equipment operations, and fitness equipment cleaning.
- Promote and sell personal training programs and services.
- Complete all administrative requirements associated with each client’s fitness plan.
- Stay current on certifications and new trends in the industry.
- Ensure all members feel competent, confident, and connected by providing superior customer service through complimentary and paid services/programming.
- Document all aspects of client programming.
- Stay current on credentials and continuing education to advance through the levels program.
