Role Purpose:
As a Client Success Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in both lead nurturing and member engagement. Your goal will be to help incoming potential client leads feel excited and comfortable, ensuring they book and show up for appointments, while also supporting our current members by tracking milestones, birthdays, and ensuring they feel recognized and appreciated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact new leads within five minutes of their inquiry through calls, texts, or emails.
- Schedule appointments and follow up to ensure high show rates.
- Give 10-minute tours to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our program.
- Onboard new members, introduce them to our software, and explain what they can expect.
- Track and report lead appointment show rates, with performance-based bonuses tied to high show rates.
- Manage daily reports on member attendance, milestones, and birthdays.
- Ensure that members receive handwritten cards for milestones and coordinate recognition efforts with coaches.
- Greet members with a smile and build positive relationships that keep them engaged and motivated.

- Consistent member engagement and retention.
- Strong collaboration with coaches and sales staff to ensure a seamless member experience.
