Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct 1-on-1 personal training sessions, creating customized workout plans based on clients’ goals.
- Provide expert guidance on strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, mobility, and injury prevention.
- Assess client progress and make adjustments to programs as necessary.
- Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and continued success.
- Collaborate with the team on training strategies, workshops, and events.
- Utilize Everfit.io for programming and client management.
- Foster a motivating and positive environment for clients to thrive in.
Qualifications:
- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or similar credentials (e.g., CSCS, NASM, ACE, etc.).
- Experience in personal training, with a passion for helping clients achieve their fitness goals.
- Strong knowledge of exercise science, nutrition, and fitness techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate clients and create personalized, effective fitness programs.
- Availability during peak hours (8:00 AM to 12:00 PM).
Preferred Experience (but not required):
- Specializations in areas like strength training, women's health, nutrition coaching, or injury rehabilitation.
- Experience with group training or hybrid personal training.
- Knowledge of fitness tracking software and technologies (e.g., Everfit.io, InBody, etc.).
