Training Model
Our unique training model is designed to teach individual clients the modes and methods of weight training around their unique anatomical features, such as joint shapes & levers, as well as their psychological disposition.
Clients are guided through our proprietary measuring system to ascertain the anatomical joint ‘neutral’ position of the individual along with the available range of motion relative to their joint anatomy. This information is used to determine the stance and grip ‘neutral’ points for each client, and guide selection of exercises, training implements and variations for optimal loading conditions.
We shape the exercise around the individual, and optimize the loading for a safe & effective training stimulus.
