Job Description
  • Provide quality, pre-planned, workout programs for all individual and group fitness clients.
  • Handle the maintenance of client’s schedules, billing, and MindBody profiles
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sports performance space
  • Post to social media in order to promote the clinic and one’s own professional expertise
  • Achieving personal and clinic goals through innovation in creating new classes and marketing toward desired populations
  • Instructs participants individually and in class settings in maintaining exertion levels to maximize benefits from exercise routines. Observes participants and informs them of corrective measures to help them improve their skills. Monitors participants' progress and adapts programs as needed.
  • Evaluates participants abilities, needs and physical conditions, and develops suitable training programs to meet specific limitations.
  • Effectively collaborate with other providers to provide excellent continuity of care for clients who are transitioning to wellness programs.
