Certified CrossFit Coach

CrossFit Castle Rock is looking for a part-time CrossFit coach. Candidates should demonstrate excellent CrossFit coaching, leadership, and managerial skills to effectively lead all CrossFit classes and specialty classes at CFCR. As a CFCR coach, candidates should be able to coach any level of athlete, from beginner to advanced athletes and/or competitors. We are looking for a coach who is self-motivated and a team player with the ability to get along with all personality types in order to help athletes reach their goals. The right candidate should be able to instruct members of various skill levels and work with our member's individual needs, particularly those who have injuries or mobility issues. Also, provide tailored feedback and cues to members for improved performance and to minimize injury.

Responsibilities: Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor. Run CrossFit or specialty classes ranging from 2-20 people. Willing to coach approximately 6-8 classes per week and 3-5 weekly beginner/On-Ramp sessions. Demonstrate proper form and technique. Ensure classes are effective, safe, and fun. Offer additional support to help athletes achieve their fitness goals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with current athletes and potential new athletes. Participate in social media presence. Promote the CFCR community and family atmosphere. Help maintain a clean facility. Attend quarterly coaches' meetings and social events. Adhere to all CFCR policies and procedures. Coach at least one Saturday class a month.
