TITLE Boxing Club Franklin is expanding our coaching team and seeking experienced, high-energy boxing instructors who take pride in their craft and know how to lead a room.
This is not a “press play and yell combos” role. We’re looking for coaches who can teach fundamentals, work mitts, command a class, and build real connections with members.
What You’ll Do

Coach high-energy group boxing classes (no-contact)

Demonstrate proper boxing technique and fundamentals

Deliver strong mitt work and corrections

Motivate and engage members of all fitness levels

Create a safe, inclusive, and empowering training environment

Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and class consistency

Option to take on personal training clients

Requirements

Boxing experience (coaching, competitive, or extensive training)

Ability to demonstrate proper form and technique

Strong communication and class leadership skills

CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)

Personal training certification preferred but not required
Schedule

Flexible part-time scheduling

Morning, evening, and weekend classes available
