Women of Strength Gym is a premier semi-private training studio for women over 40, focused on strength, confidence, and community. We are seeking a purpose-driven and highly organized Assistant Studio Manager — a certified trainer with leadership potential — to help run daily operations, coach clients, and grow into a future Studio Manager role.

This is a growth-oriented position designed for someone who thrives in structure, loves connecting with people, and wants to develop into a leadership role.
You’ll begin as an Assistant Studio Manager, learning our systems, client experience, and brand culture directly from the Owner — with the opportunity to grow into Studio Manager within 6–12 months.
✨ Key Responsibilities
Studio Operations
Assist in managing daily operations to ensure smooth studio flow and an exceptional member experience.
Support scheduling, payroll/time tracking (via ADP), and communication systems (Slack, Glofox).
Maintain a clean, high-energy environment that represents our standard of excellence.
Coaching & Client Support
Coach 2–4 semi-private training sessions per week (must be a certified trainer).
Conduct assessments and support new client onboarding.
Build relationships with members that encourage long-term commitment and results.
Sales & Growth Support
Follow up with leads via text, email, and phone.
Conduct consultations and assist with membership sales.
Track conversions, renewals, and client milestones in CRM.
Support community events, referral programs, and marketing campaigns.
Leadership Development
Shadow and assist the Owner in team huddles, communications, and performance tracking.
Learn to manage KPIs including attendance, retention, and lead conversion.
Help reinforce team culture, accountability, and excellence on the floor.
