We don’t expect you to come in and start being a master coach on our team from day one. That’s why we provide a one month paid training, to give you the time & experience necessary to get accustomed to our culture, and your new role so that you thrive after the 30 day onboarding is completed.
You will have the necessary time to learn and become proficient at your how we expect you to coach our members. All you have to do is come in ready to learn how our services improve the lives of others, and how you can become a key contributor to our team. We'll take care of the training and prepare you to succeed from day 1 on!

Job Responsibilities of the Personal Trainer
- Caring for and coaching clients in strength and cardiovascular training for individualized goals related to strength, weight loss and general fitness.
- Personalizing each workout based on clients goals, fitness level and physical restrictions
- Equipment set up, tear down & cleaning of select equipment after shifts
- Constantly growing your knowledge coaching and personal training.
- Communicating with teammates about performance of shared clientele
- Track client performance data and input into their member profiles
- Create trusting relationships with your clients that allows them to lean on you when they most need support.
Must Have

- Team Oriented Mindset
- Dedication to superior customer service
- High Emotional IQ and Empathy for clients with low fitness levels and physical restrictions.
- Great communication skills and consistency of followthrough from those conversations
- Ability to be on time, every time
- Bachelor’s Degree in some designation of Exercise Science, Physical Education or Health Sciences/Education.
