The Vital Stretch® Houston–Tanglewood is growing, and we’re looking for well-rounded, outgoing, and motivated movement professionals to join us as Vital Stretch Practitioners (VSPs). If you believe in what you do, communicate well, and love helping people move better and live better, this may be the perfect fit.

About the Role

As a VSP, you’ll deliver our signature one-on-one assisted stretching sessions and help clients improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance performance.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, friendly, coachable, and excited to build a strong client following and membership base.

You will also:

• Participate in community outreach, demos, and local events

• Help build awareness and leads through social media engagement

• Use Kinotek assessments to explain imbalances and create customized stretching plans

• Follow up with clients, drive retention, and encourage membership conversions

• Support a positive, fun, family-style team culture

• Help promote full-spectrum sauna + red light therapy services and pro shop items

We provide full training in the Vital Stretch Method — a science-backed, mobility-focused system that prepares you to work confidently with athletes, busy professionals, and the everyday mover. The foundation of the method is the NASM Stretch and Flexibility Coach Certification.
