StretchMed® East Greenwich is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Part-Time Stretch Therapist. In this role, you will deliver high-quality stretch sessions to clients using our industry-leading 36-Stretch Protocol and help clients achieve their health and wellness goals.
This position offers:
Competitive hourly pay of $18-$23 per hour
Flexible part-time schedule
Professional training and certification as a StretchMed Certified Stretch Therapist (CST™)

No prior stretching experience is required—we will train and certify you in our proprietary 36-Stretch Protocol!
Who We Are
StretchMed® is a 1-on-1 assisted stretching model developed from over 50+ years of hands-on experience in fitness. Our Certified Stretch Therapists use a combination of PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) and static stretching techniques, complemented by percussion therapy, to eliminate chronic pain, improve mobility, and enhance overall well-being.
Job Responsibilities
Stretch Therapy: Perform stretch therapy sessions for clients, focusing on meeting individual needs and ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster a positive experience and long-term loyalty.
Operational Support: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment.
Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and align with StretchMed’s mission.
Requirements
Certification, license, or degree in an exercise science-related field (e.g., Personal Training, Physical Therapy Aide, Massage Therapy, Kinesiology) is preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset.
Ability to learn and apply StretchMed’s proprietary stretching techniques.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and facilitate assisted stretching sessions requiring manual dexterity and strength.
Reliable transportation and ability to commute to the studio location.
