Job Description
At ELITE Fitness Alliance, we’re looking for a full-time Personal & Group Fitness Trainer to join our dynamic team. We are a private training studio—not a crowded commercial gym—where you can focus on coaching, building strong relationships, and delivering real results. Freelance opportunities are available, and you won’t need to find your own clients.
Responsibilities
Conduct initial assessments to understand clients’ fitness levels and goals.
Develop personalized training programs tailored to client needs.
Lead small group training sessions in strength, conditioning, mobility, and performance formats.
Provide clear instruction on exercise technique and body mechanics to ensure safety and results.
Track client progress, adjust programs, and keep clients motivated and accountable.
Educate clients on fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle choices that support long-term success.
Foster strong rapport with clients, building trust and energy in every session.
Maintain a professional, clean, and organized studio environment.
