We’re looking for a motivated and personable Personal Trainer who is excited to grow with us. This role is not a typical gym trainer position — in addition to training clients, you will also help clients use our biohacking therapies, explaining machine benefits, and ensuring they have a supportive and enjoyable experience.
Clients will build over time. In the beginning, a large portion of your role will be education, member support, and learning our modalities.
If you love wellness, enjoy helping people feel better, and are comfortable talking to clients — you’ll thrive here.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal training sessions (1:1) as clients are acquired
- Develop tailored fitness programs based on individual assessments and goals, ensuring a holistic approach to wellness.
- Work the wellness floor: greet guests, explain machines, get clients set up safely, clean and maintain the facility
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment
- Learn how each therapy works and communicate benefits clearly
- Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with members
- Support events, special promotions, and community engagement
- Assist with opening/closing procedures as needed
Requirements
- Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or similar) required
- Passion for wellness, recovery, and holistic health
- Comfortable talking with people and educating on services
- Reliable, professional, and positive attitude
- Must be available to work Saturdays
- Must be able to work closing shifts (7:00 PM) when needed
- Flexible schedule required
What We Offer
- Competitive hourly rate + earn training income as clientele grows per session
- Free access to many wellness services when you are off the clock
- Hands-on training with cutting-edge biohacking therapies
- Growth potential as the center expands
- Supportive, upbeat, team-centered culture
Who This Is Perfect For
- Someone wanting to grow in the wellness space
- A trainer who enjoys meaningful client interaction (not just sets & reps)
- Someone who likes a dynamic day — not just staying in one spot
- Someone who wants to be part of a long-term wellness community
Your client base will build gradually over time, and early on, a significant portion of your role will focus on education, member support, and becoming fully proficient with our modalities. Patience, consistency, and a proactive approach are essential for success in this position.
