We’re looking for a coach who enjoys connecting with people, creating purpose-driven workouts, and helping members move with meaning. Our programs combine education, accountability, and progressive training in a supportive, community-centered environment.
The ideal candidate is professional, adaptable, and ready to bring energy to both evening classes and potential split shifts.

Responsibilities

Coach group and private sessions.

Deliver safe, effective, and engaging workouts for members of all levels.

Provide guidance on form, progression, and recovery.

Help foster a welcoming, inclusive gym culture.
Qualifications

Current NASM personal training certification (required)

CPR/AED certification (required)

1+ year of coaching or training experience preferred

Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others

Comfortable coaching strength-based group sessions
Schedule

Evening availability required (Mon–Thurs, 5–7 PM typical).

Optional split shifts for increased hours.
