We’re a brand-new boutique training studio opening soon in North Spokane, and we’re looking for passionate, client-focused Independent Personal Trainers (1099) to join our team.

This is the perfect opportunity for trainers who want autonomy, a beautiful space to train clients, and a supportive community without the corporate gym pressure.

Position: Independent Personal Trainer (1099 Contractor)

We’re looking for trainers who are:

• Positive, encouraging, and client-oriented

• Comfortable running 1:1 sessions and small group sessions

• Excited to grow with a new business and community

Requirements

• Personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, etc.)

• CPR/AED certification (or willing to obtain before start date)

• Liability insurance (already carried or willing to obtain)

• Experience training clients is preferred

• Strong communication and reliability are a must

Compensation

• 1099 contractor

• Revenue-share model with excellent earning potential
