Group Fitness Instructor

Job Summary
alma collective is looking for energetic, reliable instructors to lead classes in Barre, Pilates, Yoga, and Sculpt classes. Our ideal candidate is someone who cares about creating a welcoming environment, motivates people of all fitness levels, and wants to join our mission of bringing movement to Hinesville!

Duties

• Lead safe, engaging group classes in your certified format(s)
• Offer clear cues, modifications, and progressions
• Create a positive, inclusive atmosphere for all clients
• Arrive prepared with a thoughtful class plan
• Help clients feel supported, confident, and successful
• Maintain a clean and organized studio space

Requirements

• Certified in at least one format (Barre, Pilates, Yoga, Strength, etc)
• CPR/AED certified or willing to obtain
• Strong communication skills and good energy
• Dependable, professional, and excited to be part of a growing studio
• Comfortable teaching beginners through advanced clients
