Group Exercise Instructor

What is needed for this job:
- One of the following: National Group Fitness certification, yoga certification, cycle certification, pilates certification, Les Mills certification
- Team player with a commanding, positive presence and passion for connecting with members, aiding wellness, and building relationships
- The ability to adapt your class/style for the members in front of you
The responsibilities we will trust you with:
- Finding new and engaging ways to connect with our members during class
- Instructing an effective, safe class for all abilities in the gym
- Willing and able to serve as a substitute for fellow instructors
- To be proud to wear your Y gear and be an advocate for us
