Job Description
We’re building a multidisciplinary wellness hub that supports real, sustainable change. We’re seeking a Certified Wellness Coach who can guide clients through habit change, stress resilience, and healthy routine-building using an empathetic, evidence-informed coaching style.
You’ll work alongside a collaborative care community that may include bodywork, chiropractic, mind-body therapies, biofeedback, and DPC partners—while staying clearly within a coaching scope of practice.

What You’ll Do
• Coach clients through behavior change: clarify goals, build routines, create accountability, and track progress
• Use evidence-informed coaching strategies (e.g., motivational interviewing, SMART goal frameworks, CBT-informed approaches when appropriate for coaching)
• Support clients in key lifestyle pillars (sleep, stress, movement, nutrition foundations, recovery, daily structure)
• Create clear action plans and “next-step” follow-ups that improve adherence and results
• Maintain professional documentation, boundaries, and appropriate referrals when needs fall outside coaching scope (medical, mental health, nutrition therapy)
• Collaborate with other independent providers through warm handoffs and coordinated support (with appropriate consent)
Independent Contractor Model
This is not an employment role. You maintain control over your coaching services, rates, and business operations. We provide a professional clinic environment and structured access through set-in-advance room blocks / fixed rent options, plus optional fixed-fee supports (as available) like shared marketing campaigns, workshops, and content days.
