We are looking for ambitious, energetic, motivating, knowledgeable, charismatic Trainers to join our F45 Training team!


The F45 Trainers are critical to our team’s success—creating the F45 experience, coaching classes and serving as the face, voice and power of F45 within the studio and the community. The Trainers set the example for our “Team Training, Life Changing” approach.


The ideal candidate is energetic and enthusiastic, with excellent verbal communication skills, an ability to connect with each and every person that comes into the studio and has an overwhelming desire to help others achieve their goals and to build a positive, thriving membership community.

· Responsibilities include:

  • Experience creation
    • Greet and acknowledge each person by name multiple times during class
    • Ensure that all members receive a point of contact during class, perform exercises safely and correctly while keeping them motivated and encouraged
    • Create and maintain a clean, organized, energetic, fun studio and community
  • Training
    • Confidently describe and demonstrate all exercises in class with modifications as needed
    • Teach 10-20 classes/week (with one other trainer)
    • Assist with fitness consultations and new member on boarding
  • Member Sales
    • Translate the experience and the results into a desire for membership
    • Knowledge of membership options and ability to answer questions from prospective clients about the benefits of membership
    • Solicit feedback from members on their experience and goals in order to collaborate with Head Trainer and Membership Director on best approach to retain/grow membership base
Job Requirements
6 months minimum experience as a personal fitness trainer/group fitness instructor
Personal Training Certification through a nationally recognized organization
Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to develop strong relationships with clients
Solid knowledge of biomechanics and exercise physiology
Clearly motivated and passionate about health and fitness
Reliable and punctual with excellent attention to detail
Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings and weekends
