We are offering a rare opportunity for a part time position within our organization. This position will involve afternoon and early evening training sessions as well as Saturday mornings, approximately 15-20 hours per week.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Working with clients to make an impact and achieve life changing results
  • Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their targets and goals by delivering engaging, fun and safe personal training sessions and classes
  • Welcome and greet warmly all clients
  • Deliver exceptional “Starting Point” meetings to new clients
  • Deliver outstanding “Check Point” meetings to both new and established clients
  • Provide every client with the best customer service
  • Ensure personal appearance is clean and professional at all times
  • Support co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect
  • Support the team to reach a common goal
  • Speak with others using clear and professional language
  • Attend Training meetings
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor in Exercise Science or related field
  • Current nationally recognized personal training qualification (ACSM, NASM, NSCA)
  • 2+ years of previous Personal Training experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A genuine understanding/interest in client needs and a desire to coach and inspire
  • Possess honesty, personal integrity and compassion
  • Possess passion and drive
  • Reliable, professional, energetic, and friendly
  • Excellent time management, organization and follow up skills
  • Computer literate
