COPA STC utilizes the latest and greatest technology, sports science techniques, and training methodologies to develop all people from young athletes looking to improve their soccer skills to adults trying to maintain healthy exercise habits.

Job Description

We are looking for positive, high energy, and creative Performance Coaches to join the COPA STC team. This role encompasses a variety of fitness, sales, and coaching-related responsibilities. Performance Coaches will be responsible for leading and assisting group and individual training sessions and must be encouraging, effective, and supportive to colleagues and clients. This role’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Essential Functions:

· Implement and assist in sports performance programming for all athletes

· Assist in the daily operations of the Performance Center

· Assist in sales and marketing operations

· Perform sales transactions as needed

· Ensure and maintain the cleanliness of the facility and equipment

· Follow all facility and department policies and procedures

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

Preferred:

· Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Biomechanics, or a related field

· NSCA CSCS and/or CSCCa SCCC, USAW Sports Performance Level 1 certification

· Active First Aid & CPR/AED certification for children and adults

· At least 1 year of experience working with youth and adults

· Ability to provide outstanding customer service to all clients

· Ability to work with a large team

· Ability to work in a high-pressure environment

· Ability to maintain a positive attitude and professional conduct in all situations

· Efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision

· Available to work evenings and weekends

· Ability to maintain relationships with members, guests, employees, and management

Required:

· NSCA CSCS and/or CSCCa SCCC, USAW Sports Performance Level 1 certified

· Active First Aid & CPR/AED certification for children & adults

Compensation

· Competitive pay including incentives
