Club Fitness Personal Trainer Qualifications and Requirements:
Nationally Accredited Personal Trainer Certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire)
Current CPR/AED certification required
Degree in exercise related field preferred
Candidates that have a positive attitude, great communication skills, a passion for fitness, are highly motivated, and have a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
Club Fitness Personal Trainer Physical Requirements:
Bending, lifting, moving, squatting, sitting, and standing are done frequently and repetitively as a Club Fitness Personal Trainer. Effective communication skills such as talking, listening, hearing, and advising must be performed. Personal Trainers must be able to demonstrate any and all exercise recommendations and movements including (but not limited to) standing, sitting, walking, crawling, kneeling, squatting, pushing, pressing, pulling, reaching, and balancing. May be required to lift 50+ pounds.
