Job Description
Responsible for establishing a fun, safe, and community-focused culture that delivers high membership satisfaction and achieves maximum success on all aspects of the business. You will be responsible for running industry leading HIIT sessions, assessing member fitness levels and promoting F45 Training within the surrounding area. This is an on premise and off premise position. The majority of the on premise time will be spent leading training sessions for all fitness levels from beginner to elite and creating a community culture in the studio that delivers results and high membership satisfaction. The majority of the off premise time will be spent building relationships with businesses and organizations within the local community. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be required to attend corporate events, athletic events, park demonstrations, and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness and drive memberships. You’ll be working closely with the Head Trainer at each studio reporting directly to the General Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Instruct and lead safe and effective exercise classes that deliver high quality results for all F45 members
Assist in completing fitness appraisals, pre-exercise screening, and administrative duties
Prepare and engage in every class to ensure the safety of your participants in regards to heart rate, exercise technique, posture, and joint stability when performing resistance training. Ability to demonstrate exercises for members and assist with regressions and progressions of all exercises
Working and practical knowledge of physiology and exercise technique to demonstrate, correct, and assist with regressions and progressions of all exercises
Collaborate with studio trainers to ensure maximum member engagement and connection to the people and the studio
Develop and help foster a positive, motivational, and community based team training environment for all members
Required to consistently identify and prospect new client opportunities
Required to become accustomed with all existing members and future members by greeting them by name upon arrival
Leverage company marketing strategy to initiate, develop and cultivate relationships with new and current members by regularly following up with them
Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and model behavior in accordance with company policies, procedures, and standards
Ensure the studio is impeccably maintained
Participate in the safe operation of the studio including compliance with all safety regulations, proper use of all equipment, use of personal protection equipment, timely reporting of accidents of injuries, and participation in safety training and inspections
Willingness to work flexible hours and eager to be actively involved in growing the business

Qualifications:

Certificate III of IV in Fitness
Current First Aid and CPR certification
2+ years required experience in Group Training
Four Year College Degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, or other related field preferred
Polished and professional appearance
Competitive drive to succeed in a performance based culture
Personal passion and commitment for living a healthy way of life
Strong motivational skills and ability to inspire others
Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
