Enjoy leading the team for a fitness company that fully supports the Group Fitness department as it continuously develops. As the Director of Group Fitness, you will be a part of the leadership team that supports 40 facilities across Chicago, New York, and DC with more to come! Duties & Responsibilities 
• Ensures we are staying on the cutting edge of group fitness programming for our members
• Responds quickly to trends within the industry to see what we can bring to our existing classes
• Continue to offer the best group fitness experience currently in the market

Member Experience 
• Ensures the Group Fitness Program is successful by scheduling and monitoring classes 
• Communicates news and information to Group Fitness members via social media, e-mail, signage and announcements
• Builds positive relationships with class participants 
• Ensures instructors educate class participants on correct form and provide a variety of challenging and entertaining Group Fitness classes

Managerial & Supervisory 
• Oversees 5 regional group fitness managers
• Records and tracks participation through space management tool with schedule for each session
• Recruits, auditions, interviews, casts, assesses and counsels new team members
• Strives for artistry through creation of annual development plans and performance evaluation

- Nationally Accredited Group Exercise Certifications
