The Athletic Movement Protocol is a sports performance and fitness company that was developed to help people of all ages become the best version of themselves through sound application of movement training, nutrition coaching and recovery techniques.

AMP’s business is comprised of two distinct programs, first of which is the AMP Personal Training program which is an adult fitness coaching program that helps people aged 40 and up lose weight, gain energy and stay healthy to add more life to their years without the use of fad diets or workouts that leave you feeling beat up and in pain.

The second, and most notable program is the AMP Sports Performance training program for serious athletes aged 14 and up looking to optimize their performance by improving speed, strength and overall athleticism even if they’ve tried other programs or have dealt with frustrating injuries.
