Future Fitness Training is a small company that makes a big impact on the lives of our community. At Future Fitness Training we focus on Restorative Training while helping our clients reach their fitness goals. We accomplish this by providing a custom program delivered through our FFT app.

Education is our game! We believe the more you learn the more you can empower your community to lead a healthy life style. This is why we spend time continually educating our staff on program design, servicing clients, leadership and professionalism. If you are the type that loves to learn we may have a position for you. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Contribute to Company Success
  • Portraying a positive company image and engaging in professional and friendly communications with customers
  • Actively listening to customer needs and inquiries to determine appropriate service actions
  • Assisting colleagues and other employees with administrative duties
  • Establishing and maintaining customer profiles using the tools provided by the company
  • Cleaning equipment and assisting with the maintenance of equipment and supplies Performing accurate company-required record keeping
  • Lead clients through exercise routines
  • Evaluate client fitness level and skill set to plan reachable goals
  • Monitor client through strength training and weightlifting
  • Counsel and educate clients on diet, nutrition, and exercise
  • Create a workout plan tailored to client needs
  • Chart and track client progress
  • Motivate and encourage client through positive words while training
  • Ensure equipment use and physical exercises are performed safely
  • Adjust client personalized plans as goals are reached
  • Educate clients on weight lifting and training equipment
  • Perform CPR, first aid, or other emergency procedures if needed
  • Educate a wide range of clients of all ages based on their fitness capabilities
  • Follow all health and safety regulations when working with equipment
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Positive attitude, encouraging, and patient with clients when instructing
  • Able to work with clients who may need specialized attention due to previous injuries or health problems
  • Excellent customer relationship skills
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Ability to switch task
  • Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from management and supervisors Certifications / Educational


Job Requirements
Requirements :

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
First aid and CPR training and certification
Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Fitness or related field or an approved Personal Training Certification (listed below):
ACSM, ACE, Cooper Institute for Aerobics Research, C.H.E.K, IFPA, NASM, NCSF, NESTA, NETA, NFPT, NSCA, PTA Global, W.I.T.S. Physical Demands and Work Environment
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Physical effort required for daily duties include lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing and walking
