Job Description
Full Time Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor at Orange Shoe Personal Fitness - Andersonville in Chicago, IL. We service sessions primarily at our Andersonville Studio. During normal times, we also service our In Home Clientele and Corporate Facility at 737 N Michigan Ave.

Full Time Compensation consists of Base Salary + Commission. Typical team member annual take home pay ranges from $40,000 - $65,000. Compensation includes the following benefits: Health Benefits + Paid Time Off + Continuing Education. Our team members work a mix of weekday and weekends.

Job Requirements
We are looking for a genuinely awesome person looking to grow with our organization. We have a need to cover existing sessions on the books and to grow a few new shifts. We are seeking a new teammate who has an interest in helping others and working hard. We were all beginners once, but applicants must have the following qualifications:

4 Year College Degree.
Certified Personal Training Certificate
Training experience is a plus but not required.
Customer service know how.
Email and face to face communication skills.
A “life-learner" mentality where you always want to learn something new.
An enjoyment for teaching people.
Ability to positively influence another person's behavior.
Be willing to check narcissism at the door and to be part of a training team (not an independent trainer).
Availability to help with weekend shifts.
An individual looking to work with our team to build a successful shift and to retain existing clients through excellent customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 8 hour shift per day Monday to Friday with rotating Weekend shifts
